We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.

SHIPMENTS
ATTENTION
Due to COVID-19, all shipments are currently delayed and our delivery times are a little longer than usual. If you are ordering outside of Lithuania, please be aware that shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks. The orders are shipped within 24 hours after the payment is received.
National shipments:

- Home delivery by courier 1-2 working days
EU countries:
- Lithuanian Post Services, 5-7 working days
- Home delivery by courier, 3-5 working days
Rest of the World:

Estimated shipping costs will be indicated when your shopping cart is ready to check out. Please, make sure that all entered personal and shipping data is correct.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. MARCH has no control over additional charges to customs clearance. If you refuse the package, for this reason, customs authorities may charge MARCH an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may apply to your online order.
We are not responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost during transit due to the fault of Lithuania Post or any other Delivery carrier until the Delivery carrier admits the fault and issues compensation.
Uncollected parcels
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund. For uncollected parcels, customs authorities/forwarders may charge MARCH an extra shipment storage fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount.
Collect your order at MARCH design studio:
If you prefer to collect your order at the MARCH design studio, please, select this option during the checkout. When the order is ready, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Find MARCH studio at Zalgirio str. 108, Vilnius.
Working hours: I-V 9:30 – 18:00

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order you will receive an email with the order confirmation. If confirmation did not reach you in 24h, please, contact us via email: goods@march.lt or give us a call: +37060780905.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from march.lt . You may get a full refund or exchange your item for a different size or colour. The item must be in its original packaging, with its labelling and be in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, and not dry cleaned). You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items. You may choose a different product of the same value or less in exchange.
Personalised products made by MARCH are customised just for your company. This means that such products are not returnable unless there is any manufacturing error.
